EVENT CUSTOMERS
HOW DO I BOOK EVENT TICKETS?
Always use official booking channels, which will vary from event to event. If in doubt, ask us what the official booking channel is. Beware when buying tickets off others, as often these may be invalid.
IF AN EVENT IS SOLD OUT, IS THERE ANY WAY OF GETTING TICKETS?
Not usually, however sometimes we have a giveaway or guestlist allocation so please check in on our social media channels.
DO I NEED TO PRINT MY TICKET OFF TO GET IN?
No, as long as you have the ticket ready to check and scan on your mobile device when you get to the front of the queue. We do not accept screenshots.
WHAT IS THE DOOR POLICY?
To ensure maximum safety and security, your ID will be checked on entry if the event is 18+, and you will be searched for any prohibited items. Cameras are in operation at the door and around the whole venue.
HOW DO I GET TO THE VENUE?
We are located on Pearson Street in Wolverhampton. The postcode is WV2 4HP. We advise using public transport or a taxi service to get to us.
WHAT ARE THE PARKING ARRANGEMENTS?
We do not have our own parking facilities and parking around the venue on the road is prohibited. There are a couple of nearby car parks, including Bell Place and Dudley Road. However, we highly recommend using public transport whenever possible.
HOW DO I PAY FOR DRINKS AT THE BAR?
Please bring a cashless form of payment, as we are trying to make the switch to card or contactless payments only. Cash slows things down considerably.
IS THERE A SMOKING AREA?
Yes, we have an outdoor terrace for smokers.
DO YOU SERVE FOOD?
Food options and availability will vary at each event. If you want to find out more, please contact us.
HOW DO I RETRIEVE LOST ITEMS?
If you have lost something in the venue, please contact us and we will do our best to find it for you.

HOW MUCH IS IT TO HIRE THE VENUE FOR AN EVENT?
Please contact us to discuss this further. Each enquiry is bespoke and we like to talk things through with you to determine the most suitable hire package.
HOW BIG IS THE VENUE?
The Hangar is 17,000 sq ft.
WHAT IS THE VENUE CAPACITY?
We can accommodate 2,400 people standing.
WHAT HOURS IS THE VENUE LICENSED FOR?
The venue is licensed between 10am-3.30am Friday and Saturday, and 10am-1am Sunday to Thursday.
WHAT ARTIST FACILITIES ARE AVAILABLE?
We have a green room with fully equipped kitchen, seating areas and a television. We also have three changing rooms and private toilets.
